Lendo is looking for a Sales Loan Officer

Lendo is seeking an additional sales loan officer for our personal loan team. Do you love sales, perhaps have an interest in banking and finance, and want to continue developing in this field? Then this might be the job for you!

The Role

In your role as a loan officer, you will contact Lendo's customers who have submitted a loan application with us. During the call, you will do your utmost to go through the customer's loan needs and also offer the customer loan protection. You will work towards clear goals and continuously strive to develop your sales together with your colleagues and with the support of your immediate manager.

The position begins with training regarding sales, Lendo's products, and the industry in Sweden. This is combined with listening in to inspire both from colleagues and managers and to receive the feedback necessary for development.

After the initial training, your development will continue through coaching and training, both from your immediate manager and our experienced salespeople.

At Lendo, you will be part of one of our two processing teams. It is important in our department to have fun along the way and to achieve our results together!

We are looking for someone who

• Has sales experience, preferably from telemarketing and/or experience in loan brokerage or banking and finance.
• Speaks and writes Swedish fluently and has a good command of English
• Is results-oriented (perhaps you are also competitive?)
• Enjoys working towards clear and ambitious goals

As a loan officer at Lendo, you will have a base salary, but in addition, you can influence your salary based on an attractive variable compensation model.
